Snickerdoodle, Non-Dairy & Gluten Free (Candida Friendly)

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups brown rice flour
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup canola oil, spread
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons truvia or stevia
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions
Preheat oven to 375° for non-stick or 400° for any other.
Bake for 10-14 minutes.
