Wheat free Pancakes with a kick of protein!

I changed the recipe slightly. The batter is really runny… but don’t let that scare you. They still turn out fine!

•1/2 cup oats
•1/2 cup cottage cheese
•2 eggs (Or 4 egg whites..which is what I used)
•1 tsp vanilla
•1/4 tsp cinnamon
•1/4 tsp nutmeg
•1 TBL canola Oil
Blend ingredients in a blender. Don’t over blend though.
