Crawfish and Shrimp Patties

1/2 lb small raw shrimp
1/2 lb crawfish
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon slap ya mama white pepper blend
1 teaspoon fennel seed (optional)

Pulse meats in food processor until coarse ground. Transfer to bowl.
In seperate small bowl combine other ingredients.
Add to meat mixture and mix thoroughly.
Form into 2 inch patties.
Saute in oil or butter for 30 seconds on each side.

Makes 8 patties.
